American Identity: The Puritans

Today I will: 

• Write a journal entry as a 10 year old and compare it to Esther Burr's Journal as a 10-year-old early American.
• Create a Venn Diagram comparing the differences in Puritan Culture and today's culture.
• Complete a quick write about Puritan Beliefs based on a quote from Johnathon Edwards.
• Listen to a portion of the sermon "Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God" and draw images and write down feelings about the sermon.
• Analyze and evaluate the sermon for tone, purpose and word choice.
